In the Riiti residential quarter, we wish to create comfortable homes with a modern design that will harmoniously complement nearby private housing developments and give people a sense of home. The project area is very quiet with many tall trees – like a kind of island, albeit one that is easily accessible from the main city streets. The courtyard that links all buildings with children’s playgrounds at its centre will create a sense of community, while some of the apartments with private gardens will offer their residents the chance to enjoy more peace and privacy. One of the most interesting solutions is a special walking trail near Strazdupīte, which combined with other architectural solutions creates a large territory, where kids can spend time safely.

This is the biggest Kaamos residential complex in Latvia to date, which will give residents of Riga the opportunity to live in nearly zero-energy houses near Lake Jugla in a tranquil and green environment, while maintaining convenient access to urban infrastructure.
