Meet the Hagen team!
The Hagen project is being implemented by experienced industry professionals. Meet the team, find out about the vision for the development of the project, and get inspiration for life in one of Riga’s greenest and most sought after neighbourhoods – Āgenskalns, beside Māra’s Pond.
Architect
In designing the Hagen quarter, we wanted to create a modern living environment that respects the history of the location and blends into the scale of buildings in Āgenskalns organically. Back in the day, the territory was home to the Aurora textile factory, and the architecture of the new buildings deliberately includes references to industrial heritage, concurrently offering all the advantages characteristic of new buildings – thoughtful planning, high energy efficiency and comfort.
The dimensions of the buildings and courtyard solutions are designed to foster a sense of community, including an open, green courtyard and a view of Māra’s Pond, simultaneously maintaining privacy for each resident. Our objective was to create an environment where functionality, nature and the rhythm of city life form a harmonious whole that people can truly call home.

Hagen is one of Kaamos’s residential building projects in Riga, which is taking shape in a sought after and beloved part of the city – Āgenskalns beside Māra’s Pond. This neighbourhood combines a tranquil green environment with active community life and convenient access to the city centre.
In developing the Hagen project, we are focusing on sustainable, tried and tested solutions – energy efficiency Class A buildings, modern engineering solutions and astutely planned outdoor space. Our objective is to create homes with lower operating costs and high property value in the long term, providing residents with a comfortable and high-quality residential environment in the city.

Hagen is another project implemented by Kaamos in Latvia, ensuring complete control of the construction process and quality. Our task is to fulfil the architectural vision with high construction standards, paying particular attention to details, energy efficiency and sustainability.
We specialise in building modern, sustainable infrastructure that reduces housing operating costs and CO₂ emissions, concurrently ensuring a safe, functional and comfortable environment for everyday life. It is a pleasure to contribute to the improvement of another important part of Riga and turn it into a home where folks want to live in the long term.
